“The Palais Cathare struck me as a comfortable base for exploring Belesta, more like a welcoming family restaurant with rooms attached; the spaciousness of both the bedrooms and bathrooms was a definite plus, as was the seasonal outdoor pool. What stood out most, however, was the friendly, helpful attitude of the owners, clearly dedicated to creating a relaxed atmosphere close to both Cathar historical sites and natural parks. It's the kind of place where you feel instantly at home.”
