slow drain thin towels
The room seemed a bit tired. i found the bathroom had issues. The shower drain was slow. So it nearly overflowed. also, the towels felt thin. A small thing. But noticeable.

free drink excellent service short walk
i received complimentary drink vouchers alongside a sweets box as guest of the day. the staff provided excellent service. i appreciated the short walk to departures for my early flight.
the room had a slight damp smell. the smoking area near the entrance was not ideal. i felt that the hotel needs some tlc.

unclean carpets black mould
the hotel was close to the airport. i did appreciate this aspect as it made travel simple.
The room was a letdown. the carpets seems not clean and the air con did not work. the bathroom had black mould. This was disappointing to see.

outdated shower curtain overnight parking cost
I encountered some issues . The bathroom showed considerable wear and tear. The shower curtain seemed outdated, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. I found the cost of parking overnight to be an unwelcome surprise, especially since I was already a guest at the hotel.

cute staff ideal location clean room
the staff were cute i enjoyed using the pool the location is ideal as it's only 5 minutes walk to the airport the rooms are always clean and beds are made so tight you do not need to worry about falling out

Adequate, but with issues
damp odor unironed curtain
The staff were helpful in addressing my requests, which I considered acceptable.
I encountered a rather unpleasant odor of damp in the room, and I found this unacceptable. The net curtain at the window LOOKED unironed which detracted from the room's appearance. This hotel requires some attention.
