i found the staff helpful and very friendly. the room had a double bed and a good en-suite (such a relief!). the view outside was excellent, so bright and cheerful.

the location is ideal and central to everything i wanted to see. it is not far at all from the castle and other attractions (i walked most places!). off-street parking is available.

the view of the garden filled my heart with peace. our room included a welcome package, a good touch after a long day. i found the bed very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. i really enjoyed the kettle in the room, it.
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture.

The staff was friendly, always ready with a smile, and very helpful with directions. they stored my luggage securely before check-in, a gesture i greatly appreciated. every request was handled with promptness and care. It really made a difference.

our classic double room was spacious and well kept, the view overlooked the gardens. the bed provided comfort and i slept soundly each night. fresh linens and towels were provided daily, i found that very nice indeed.
